1. Do you make multiple stops?

SUSSEXPRESS provides service within NJ, NY and PA areas by request only. Service to Jets, Giants, Devil’s games, live concerts at NJPAC, hotels, conventions, conferences and more. Multiple stops can be added to your request for an additional cost.

2. Is there an up-charge for early AM service?

SUSSEXPRESS rates are currently set with no upcharge for early AM or late PM services.

3. What is the cost to go to EWR, JFK, LGA or SWF?

SUSSEXPRESS rates are based on your location. Please enter your pickup and drop-off details in the Book Now form or call our customer service number: 800 946 4390 during business hours.

4. What time can I book a trip with your service?

SUSSEXPRESS office hours are Monday – Friday 9 am-9 pm and Saturday 9 am-12 noon. Our online booking system is available 24/7. Trips must be booked at least 48 hours in advance.

5. Where do you pick up and drop off?

SUSSEXPRESS provides door to door service.

6. Are flights monitored for early arrivals?

SUSSEXPRESS will monitor all incoming flights for delayed or early arrivals once the flight number is provided.
